Are you passionate about sales but not in an ordinary market? If so, read on as this role is for you! You will play a crucial and vital role scaling up our network and new  collaborations. You will be responsible to discover and pursue new sales projects , negotiate details and maintain the customer satisfaction.  If you are a sales hunter you do know that excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone are a must to proceed 

Your main responsibilities 

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Know the customers and sales market in your region and in the whole country and actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and digital marketing techniques
  • Actively approach sponsors in the market who can support KIDOT values, support KIDOT festival and events and the different business fields of the company (KIDOT events, projects & platforms, new accounts for event management and marketing / content department (events, corp events, online events, content creation, magazine, edu programs)
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services & different KIDOT events; then set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales results and present to the team
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Collaborate & align with  different internal departments ( marketing , event management) to achieve better results 
  • Having understand KIDOT goals & market needs at the same time, propose alternative and new ways that KIDOT could implement 


Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience at least 3 years as a Sales Executive or relevant role ideally in cultural, educational and family care field
  • Excellent knowledge of MS tools
  • Professional & excellent oral & writing skills 
  • Exceptional presentation skills 
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • High school degree
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
