As a Content & Communication Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping and communicating the brand messaging for our diverse range of clients. This position requires a creative mindset, excellent copywriting skills, a keen understanding of brand concepts, and the ability to drive effective social media campaigns.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  1. Copywriting:
    • Develop engaging and persuasive content for various platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media captions, and marketing collateral.
    • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.
  2. Brand Concept Monitoring:
    • Work closely with the creative team to monitor and maintain brand consistency in all materials produced.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to ensure our brand remains relevant and innovative.
  3. Social Media Campaigns:
    • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns that align with client goals and overall brand strategy.
    • Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and adapt strategies to optimize performance.
  4. Content Calendar Management:
    • Develop and manage content calendars to ensure a steady flow of relevant and timely content.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align content with marketing objectives.
  5. Communication Strategy:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement communication strategies that support organizational goals.
    • Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant delivery of content.
    • Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance the brand’s reach and credibility.

 

Your profile

  • 3-4 years Proven experience in copywriting and content creation, preferably in an agency setting and in the family care field
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, journalism and media, or communications related.
  • Strong understanding of brand concepts and the ability to translate them into compelling content.
  • Excellent experience on creating content
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and experience in managing successful social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube, Google)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Embrace a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, whether in-person or through virtual communication channels.
  • Good knowledge of Canva
